Located in the heart of Sydney's Martin Place Precinct, The International is a premier hospitality destination home to world-class dining, bars, and unforgettable guest experiences. We’re now seeking a dynamic Bars Manager to lead our bar operations across the precinct — someone who thrives in a high-performance culture and delivers standout service, every time.

The Opportunity
As Bars Manager, you’ll oversee multiple venues and bar teams, driving excellence in service, beverage innovation, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you’ll be instrumental in creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring smooth, profitable, and compliant operations across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading all bar operations and teams across The International precinct
  • Creating and implementing service standards to deliver consistency and quality
  • Driving revenue through expert product knowledge and upselling strategies
  • Managing staffing needs including recruitment, training, and team development
  • Monitoring stock control, wastage, pricing, and financial performance
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to shape precinct-wide success

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership in high-volume or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong beverage knowledge across wine, cocktails, and spirits
  • Experience in financial management and stock control
  • A passion for people, service, and high standards
  • RSA certification and a commitment to compliance and safety
